This all new Kennel Club Scout elastic upper body harness is available in popular puppy fetish colors. Form-fitting elastic bands with a silicone puppy hood patch by Charoen at center chest provide plenty of stretch in between two pliable rubber O-rings in front and one in back. Wear this harness with our  Kennel Club Scout Thong or Jockstrap (sold separately) for a matching set.
